1. Information We Collect
We collect your phone number solely to verify your identity via one-time passcode (OTP). We also collect optional profile data (name, email, company) that you provide voluntarily in Settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your phone number is used only for authentication. Your profile data is used to personalise your experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. Twilio for SMS delivery) or as required by law.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored on Azure infrastructure within the region you were onboarded in. OTP codes are hashed using bcrypt and are automatically expired and deleted after 10 minutes.
4. Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only session cookie (authjs.session-token) to maintain your login session. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process such requests within 30 days.
