By accessing or using ElloroAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
ElloroAI provides AI-powered voice agent tools for legitimate business communications. You agree not to use the platform for spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. All outbound calling must comply with applicable regulations including TRAI guidelines in India.
3. Account Access
Access is restricted to invited users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and technology is the property of ElloroAI. You retain ownership of the data and contact lists you upload.
5. Limitation of Liability
ElloroAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
